Due to lack of participation (5-6 bloggers out of almost 150) we have decided to suspend the weekly contests. So this will be the last weekly contest until further notice.
No… it doesn’t mean you had to announce anything… it means that most people aren’t making hand written posts and I end up giving the prizes to the same people every week. The contest was designed to promote more hand written blogs… and there are some very good ones here but 98% of them are just splogs.
I agree, there’s a lot of crap. Why not delete all rss plugins? you will for sure loose some blogs, but overall quality will grow.

Congratulations to the winners, but what does it mean, ‘lack of participation’? do i have to announce that i want to participate in the contest? I didn’t know that
